HOW TO PAY

A completed trip booking form along with non-refundable (but transferable for read our Terms Condition) deposit of 25% (per head) for Nepal trip and 50% (per head) for Bhutan and Tibet is required to confirm a spot on your selected adventure. Once you fill out this form, your spot is reserved on your selected trip. To get confirmation of your booking, you need to send us the 25% deposit in advance of the total trip cost. The balance amount is payable once you arrive here, either by cash or credit card as per your convenience

- Plase send us your passport copy, Nepal arrival itinerary (Flight ticket).
Once we receive all required information we would send you the trip confirmation email with invoice and outline itinerary as per your arrival date.
Note: Once you pay us by (Master/Visa/American Express/UnionPay/JCB/SCT Card) card, you will be charged by Mega Bank Limited (credit Card Division) on behalf of our company MountainMate Trek & Tour Pvt. ltd.
